The offshore incorporation package is US$1,200.00 and comes complete with Articles of Incorporation, notarized Power of Attorney with Apostilla, Nominee Directors, Bearer Share Certificates, Minutes of Board Resolution, Letters of Resignation from Directors, Certified English Translation of documents.
